Not only are the prices extremely low, but many markets, bazaars and stores in Baja California also offer haggling so that you can drive the price even lower. Of course, designer stores and shops in malls would have fixed prices but if you drive by Avenida Revolucion in Tijuana or in the Tourist Corridor of Los Cabos, you would find numerous stores that allow customers to test their haggling skills.
