How about this for wild looking and acting Baja Buses!!!  I know next to nothing about these next three pictures except that they are all very cool.  I do know that these Buses were captured doing this up at Moreton Island off the east coast of Australia.  Must've been one hell of a landing.  Now I wanna see one from the Baja Bug guys doing the same sorta thing ;)  (Hmmm, is that a challenge I hear you ask)

I do know that a guy from Queensland called John Alder had a hand in all of them though, if you want him to build your Baja Bus and you're in Australia then head off to his site at Volks Engineering.

If you ever wanted to know why a Baja Bus was so cool then the picture below should tell it all!!  Loaded up with enough stuff for a month yet still enough room to carry five people.  Why bother with a 4WD.

Now if you were the guy in the 4WD can you think of anything more embarrassing, being rescued by an old Vee Dub Bus,  I love it!!!  Checkout the lift on that twin cab though!

For those that don't know Fraser Island is normally the habitat of 4WD vehicles only, seeing any 2WD is strange let alone a Kombi.  The whole island is sand so you need to be real careful, unlike this 4WD I guess.
