Public transportation from San Diego Airport to Rosarito

I am arriving on the 15th of January and am spending two weeks at the La Paloma Resort in Rosarito. I do not drive and therefore am soliciting information on a means of getting there from Lindberg International Airport. Who should I contact, Cost for two to four people, is there door to door service?? Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.
