i think their both due next year 2009

i couldn't agree more. la paz is great the way it is today because its not that crowded and there's still that rustic charm about it
I agree with you on that soccerdad. La Paz is indeed great the way it is. However improvements and other developments as long as done with a positive perspective in tow can all add up to the present charm of the place.
