Hey, I'm from the Philippines and I was wondering if anyone can tell me about good deals for a Baja honeymoon. My cousin Donna is getting married - about time, I might add - and I thought that a Baja honeymoon would make an excellent present from the rest of the family.

you've come to the right forum tropical depression, welcome by the way, since baja is one cheap place to go vacation at. my suggestion though is not to look for a specific hotel but to look up if there are any resorts and hotels in baja that are offering honeymoon packages. that way you'd save a lot of money and time since you can get discounts and they'd book everything for you. the packages can cost anywhere between 400-1,500 us dollars depending on how long you would stay and what other activities and amenities are included in the package. los cabos has a lot of resorts and hotels to choose from while la paz is a really romantic, more relaxed place to spend your honeymoon. try

Oh, wow, that's really helpful! I'm checking those out as soon as I drag the rest of the folks over to the computer - since we're all planning to pitch in for this. I knew that Baja's a good choice, and I'm sure the prices you just quoted would finally convince grandpa about this (he's the only holdout who thinks the honeymoon should be closer to home).
