the rosarito beach hotel's spa is not bad, you should try it if you do visit the area. for my sister's wedding, she, my mom and I spent a day there to have facials, manicures and massages and it was great. they sometimes offer packages and discounts so if you're going with friends you should inquire about it.

There is also a great spa at Festival Plaza Hotel in Rosarito, one at Las Rocas (south of Rosarito) and a nice one at Coral Marina in Ensenada. They offer great package deals that are usually way cheaper then the same treatments up in the U.S.
