Hi all I just want to share my experince in Popotla (Rosarito B.c.)
we are a family of four 2 adults 2 children we went to Popotla because you can buy cheap seafood and you can drive all the way into the beach nice place but very very bed people they all want a piece of $$ one way or the other.
Anyway I don't like the place,they charge for everything use of toilet,use of shower is no public services anyway we were on the way out to go to another beach when a car cut in front of me two people get out of the car in menacing way and demand money. they said that I broke their windshield passing by them with my car and my tires get some rocks in their windshield before i know they were like 15 of their friends around us make my children cry like it was a big joke
so is nothing you can do we call the local police then they show up an hour later they start talking to the other people then police went on to talk to us they take us to the police station then the judge decide I was at fault they try to confiscate my car and stuff if I dont pay the windshield so I end up paying windshield and a fine
After that we just head back home North CAL don't like that place call POPOTLA BC VERY CLOSE TO ROSARITO.
