I would appreciate receiving information about renting a condo from December to April 2009.

Where would you like to rent the condo, I know of a few houses to rent, but it depends on where you would like to stay.

We don't have a preference yet because we know very little about the peninsula. While checking options on line, I could find only accommodations for short-term holidays. My initial scan of information seems to indicate that the northern section would not meet our first two priorities. Here are our priorities:

1. safe
2. Quiet
3. clean
4. within walking distance for groceries and laundry
5. within walking distance of local beaches
6. within walking distance of local transportation

There are several places in Ensenada that would fit the bill. If you are interested, please PM me.

If you want to try San Felipe, I have a 2 BR house close to the beach that I would rent to you. What is your budget and how many people will you need to accomodate? For 5 months, I would most certainly work with you on price.
