the house in the pic is a remodeled manufactured home 3+2 with great view, has a 1,100sf deck with glass surround on a double lot. its value is approx 170k. mostly becouse of the developed land and lot size and VIEW.
Yes that is a fancy fighting rooster ( Hido Rojo) i rescued him, his name is Ricky, he got lonly so a got him a chicken(hen) her name is lucy. Now Lucy is putting out 5 to 6 eggs a week..LOL... I have houses that start at 120k to 320k and lots that start at 15k with ocean view

Do Ricky and Lucy come with the house?
