hi carrj47, welcome to the forum. hope you can find a lot of help here. anyway, it all depends on what kind of vacation home you're looking for. i also have a vacation home in baja, its in lapaz, and i bought it for a really small price since it was small. but since i have no kids or anything, that's fine with me. its also located around 15 minutes off the road so we can walk to town or take the car when in a hurry. hope you find the house you're looking for!

I agree with beachbum, we are currently building on our lot in Bahia Asuncion, what are you looking for, price range, location?

im looking in north baja, and my price range is between 30,000 to 50,000.

In northern Baja you might find something a bit further south of Ensenada in that price range. The Gold Coast (between Rosarito and Ensenada) is much more expensive than that. You might be able to find a trailer for that price, but I doubt that is what you are looking for.

You should try San felipe. A lot going on and good prices. I actually have one for sale close to the beach.
