hey baja lovers! how about a review of the restaurants in baja that you've been in? share you're baja dining experiences by posting your restaurant reviews here!

ok i'll start.

there's a restaurant in Tijuana along boulevard salinas called el rodeo. you can guess from the name that the theme of the restaurant is american wild west complete with cowboy pictures on the walls and everything. we celebrate the birthday of a friend here and i have to tell you, the atmosphere of the restaurant was great for a loud celebration. the food they serve is also not for small eaters. they have large slabs of grilled steaks, quesadillas, salsa, tortillas, grilled scallions, guacamole, tart and barrels and barrels of beer. great place for large group of friends!
I'm a big fan of seafoods particularly lobsters. There is this great restaurant in Los Cabos- Lorenzillo's Live Lobster House. It is totally awesome. They have their own lobster farm so that you are definitely certain that what they serve you are freshly-caught. Whenever we go to Baja, my family and I always make it a point to dine in this place. Pork, chicken, beef and fish dishes are also available.
hey fellow baja lovers! i'd like to add a review in this thread too.

there is a restaurant in tijuana called el yogurt place and it is one of my favorite restaurants in all of baja. the concept of the restaurant is healthy eating and they serve plenty of vegetable, fruit, chicken, turkey, and seafood dishes. This restaurant is where i first tasted cactus salad and i actually found it really delicious. they also have all these fruit juices, yogurts and energy drinks that are aimed at toning the skin, keeping you hydrated, lowering your cholesterol etc. i also bought home a lot of cereals and snacks from el yogurt place since their sweets are really mouthwatering plus they wont give you diabetes or make you gain 10 pounds. try this place when you're there!
Hey there! How's everybody doing?
ok ill post a restaurant review too! well, ok its not exactly a restaurant. im talking about the sea food market in ensenada. it a great place to get really fresh sea food ingredients, they have stacks of seaweeds and heaps of fishes of different kinds. Prawns, lobsters, crabs, sea cucumber, oysters, snails, you name it you can find it there. best of all there are plenty of restaurants and stalls that serve all sorts of sumptuous seafood dishes. my favorite i have to say it the humble fish taco. its really easy to eat, its healthy and its really good. they serve it with tuna, prawns, crab meat and other additional ingredients depending on your taste. everyone passing by ensenada should make it a point to go to the fish market at least once for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner!
my turn! there's this restaurant in east cape called NANCY RESTAURANT AND CANTINA and its great! its beyond great actually! they serve the best seafood dishes and they have really interesting mexican dishes too. the atmosphere is great, like eating in a garden but with a view of the ocean. there is also no big crowds most of the time so you get to enjoy your meal in peace. and of course, they also serve ice cold beer and other alcoholic drinks which is great!
no one's posting restaurant reviews, you guys are making me feel like im the only one here who loves eating. hahaa. well, one more restaurant review from baja. the place is called MediterrĂ¡neo, found in loreto. this place has the comfiest dining couches i've ever sat on! hahaa. the view is great too, you can see the sea of cortez from the windows while enjoying your meal. a little less casual than most loreto restaurants but the food is absolutely amazing, just think about it is making my mouth water. great place and great food here at MediterrĂ¡neo!
